1-Year Limited Assembly Warranty
Effective October 4th, 2026
BealTech warrants the assembly and workmanship performed by BealTech on qualifying computer systems for one year from the original date of sale.
1. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in the assembly and workmanship performed by BealTech, LLC ("BealTech") when building or servicing a qualifying computer system.
Examples of matters that may be covered include assembly-related problems such as improperly installed components, improperly connected cables, or other defects directly resulting from BealTech's assembly workmanship.
This warranty does not constitute a blanket warranty covering every component inside a computer system.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the original date of sale and lasts for one year.
The warranty expires at the end of the one-year period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Who Is Covered
The original purchaser is covered by this warranty.
This warranty may also be transferred to a subsequent owner during the original warranty period, provided that the requirements in the Warranty Transfer section are satisfied.
4. Warranty Transfer
BealTech permits the limited assembly warranty to transfer with the system while the original warranty period remains active.
For a warranty transfer to be recognized, any one component of the system must be individually distinguishable with a serial number visible or accessible for verification. The warranty does not restart when ownership changes.
The subsequent owner receives only the remaing portion of the original one-year warranty period, as the warranty is linked to the original product purchased rather than the purchaser.
Example: If a system is sold by BealTech on January 1st and transferred to another owner on July 1st, the new owner receives the remaining warranty period rather than a new one-year warranty.
5. What BealTech Will Do
If BealTech determines that a covered assembly or workmanship defect exists during the warranty period, BealTech will, at its discretion, repair or correct the covered assembly issue.
If correction requires replacement of a component that has itself failed, BealTech may assist with or direct the customer to the applicable component manufacturer's warranty process.
BealTech will determine whether a reported issue is related to BealTech's assembly workmanship or to an individual component, software, external device, or other condition outside the scope of this warranty.
6. Component Manufacturer Warranties
Individual hardware components installed in a BealTech system remain subject to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Examples may include processors, graphic cards, motherboards, memory, storage devices, power supplies, cooling hardware, cases, and other components.
A manufacturer's warranty may have different coverage, duration, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures than this BealTech assembly warranty.
BealTech does not extend, replace, or guarantee the terms of a manufacturer's warranty.
7. What Is Not Covered
This limited assembly warranty does not cover damage, failure, or problems caused by circumstances outside BealTech's assembly workmanship, including but not limited to:

9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for operating and maintaining the system according to applicable manufacturer recommendations and reasonable computer-use practices.
